Create and share your distribution map in Google Maps

  1.  You can create your own distribution map in Google My Maps.

  2. In Google Maps, click the three horizontal bars in the top left hand corner of the screen. Select "Your Places" from the menu list, then select "Maps", and at the bottom of the next menu, select "Create a Map".

  3. Once your new map is ready to be created, type in your location or best known address. Then use the Polygon Tool to draw and connect your boundary lines.

  4. When you’re ready to share - click the "Share" button in the top left hand screen menu. Make sure you change the access from the default "Private" to "Anyone who has the link". You can then send the HTML link in the "Link to Share" field with us. Even better, you can capture your exact boundaries is to email us your KML/KMZ file.
